Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

Time and cost of delivery

1.  All shipments are delivered by GLS or UPS courier.

- In the European Union the pre-paid (PayPal, Bank transfer) - Total cost of delivery - EUR 9.00 or GBP 8.00.
Time Shipment in the European Union territory is 1-4 business days.

Delivery only to EU Countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden.

2. Methods of payment acceptable to shop JeansOriginal.eu:

 - PayPal -  payment by card;
 - Bank transfer.

Complaints

3. Online Store makes every effort to ensure that the products we sell and the services are of the highest quality. In case of a complaint, we are determined that the process of its service is conducted at the highest level of rewarding you.

4. All products available in the store are brand new and covered by manufacturer's warranty.

5. Client has the right to lodge a complaint under art.7 of the Law of the 27.VII.2002 about the specific conditions of consumer sale and amending the Civil Code No. 141, item 1176. If you have purchased the goods in the non-conformity (defect) or detected the defects in the product while using it, the customer has the right to complain the disadvantage.

6. The basis for the acceptance of any complaint is to complete a complaint form ( available for download ) and a receipt, as proof of the purchase in our store.

8. A complaint will be dealt with  within 14 working days from the date of acceptance of the declaration.

9. In the case of a justified complaint - faulty goods will be repaired or replaced by another ( full value ), and if this is not possible (eg due to stock availability ) - returns the equivalent price of the product.

10. Costs associated with returning the goods advertised, store returns immediately after the recognition of customer complaint claims.

11. In the case of visible damage a client should unpack a shipment order in the presence of the courier, and in the event of damage to the goods make a damage report.


Returns - Right of withdrawal

12. According to the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product - the customer can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 10 days of receipt of the Goods. In order to withdraw from a distance contract , the customer is required to submit a written statement of withdrawal from the contract. ( Download the form of return of goods ).

13. The customer is obliged to return the goods, together with proof of purchase. Buyer returns the goods to the store immediately, no later than 14 days after the notice of withdrawal from the contract. Refund procedure applies only to goods that do not show signs of use, has the original tags and labeling of the product is packed in a safe manner. Shipping costs borne by the Client.

14. If in a single contract, the customer has purchased more than one item, the waiver may apply to all or only some of the goods by the customer.

15. Within 3 working days of receipt, store checks the status of the returned product . Store guarantees repayment of the amount equal to the price of the goods. The money will be sent to the account specified by the customer, or money order to the address indicated in the order. Shipping costs are not refundable. If paying by credit card refund will be made directly to the card the Buyer.

16. In case of violation with the terms set out in paragraphs 26 and 27 above statement of withdrawal from the contract is void, the goods will not be returned, and the store does not return to the Customer the amount paid.

17. Store guarantees repayment of the amount equal to the price of the goods. The money will be sent to the account specified by the customer or by postal order to the address indicated in the order. Shipping costs are not refundable.

19. Please also fill out the form of exchange ( Download form replacement ) and join the package along with the fiscal receipt.

20. Buyer, which lists product bears the cost of shipping both ways.
